Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with order details. In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Cancellation post shipment:
We are not accepting post-dispatch cancellations on orders.
- We offer a return of the product against the manufacturing defects only and notified within 48 hours of the delivery of the product.
- For the return process, please notify us at email@example.com with the details/pictures of the defect.
- Product(s) should be unused and returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packed so that there is no further damage to the product(s) in transit.
- Please note that unless the product(s) are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the product(s) from you. In such an occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.
Follow Process Below For Return:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org giving the order no. and the reason you would like to return it.
- We will inform you when the return pickup will be done by our logistics partner.
- Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
- Cover your address label with the Hi-Living return address found on your delivery note.
